  • Dr.
    Keith Rammage
    Dr. Keith Rammage grew up in Seminole, OK with parents that instilled in he and his brother good work ethic and Christian values. He graduated from OSUCVM in 1993 and worked in Norman, Oklahoma for one year before becoming the sole practitioner at Penn South Pet Clinic. In 2000, Dr. Rammage became the owner of Penn South. He married his wife Sharon in 2001, and they have two children: Kathryn and Joshua. They try to explore as many state and national parks as they can but are content to stay home with their dogs, Cassie and River, and their cats, Scooter, Sky, and Tiger. Dr. Rammage and his family are actively involved at Southern Hills Baptist Church as well as their children’s education and activities.

  • Jackie Taylor
    Practice Manager
    Jackie Taylor has been with Penn South since October 1998. Her present position is clinic manager. Her passion for animals spans several years of rescuing and fostering. Jackie currently has 3 dogs and 1 cat at home and she also claims 2 cats and 1 cockatiel at work. When she is not busy with her furry friends, Jackie enjoys mission work in Uganda, cleaning and organizing people’s stuff.
  • Angela Smith
    Veterinary Assistant

    Angela has been with us since June 2013. In May 2017, she earned her Associates in Science at OSU-OKC and plans on continuing her education in Stillwater. When not at the clinic, Angela enjoys learning new crafts, as well as cuddle time with her dog Laika. 

  • Mae Shephard
    Veterinary Assistant
    Mae has been with us since early 2017. When not at Penn South, she enjoys reading, horseback riding, and crafts. She is very involved in her children’s sports. Her family consists of her husband Keith, son Wyatt, daughter Bella, and their pets, Meadow, Carmella, and Cleo, and Bob.

  • Jamela Jones
    Veterinary Assistant

    Jamela began working at Penn South in March 2019. She plans to continue her education in order to attain her RVT license. She has a passion for small animal medicine. She has an active family life, raising three boys and caring for her eleven year-old pit bull, Beast.

  • Handsome
    Handsome is our resident greeter. You may find him napping on the counter, the credit card machine, or the window sill. He loves socializing with our clients, especially when they bring puppies for him to kiss!
  • Hazel
    Hazel is the newest addition to the Penn South family. She can often be seen running around the clinic, getting into trouble.
